Feature request: Disconnect Copilot Head Movement from Mouse Movement

Per Discord Ticket 0034:

"Detached Interaction Cursor is checked. TrackIR is on. When moving mouse around cockpit to click buttons, head moves along with mouse."

Taking controls as copilot removes this issue

This is expected behavior from the seat type of the vehicle, wondering if we can disconnect them at all.
