[FEATURE] Add metric Diversity in Action to Hypertune

Describe the solution you'd like Diversity in Action would help infer whether the agent is performing a diverse range of actions or limiting itself to a few actions. Hence the hyperparameter tuning should contain the aforementioned as a metric.
