[FEATURE] Add a feature to Filter the results generated by VitaLineage based on is_impotent

Describe the solution you'd like Add a feature that allows the user to filter the results generated by VitaLineage for an agent based on the value of is_impotent (True or False)

Additional context For example if the user has a selected is_impotent to be True, then display only the members of the family tree that are impotent i.e have the value of is_impotent as True.
