Same work session as Issue #115, restart Sidekick and three attempts later (one successful), now gets stuck on this:
Unable to apply changes on device:
Error is: Failed to install C:\Sites\ScienceOfReading\.cloud\ios\device\ScienceOfReading.ipa on device
Error is: Could not start device session
This is the stoppage where I get all the
["kill() returned unexpected error 1\n","kill() returned unexpected error 1\n","kill() returned unexpected error 1\n","kill() returned unexpected error 1\n","kill() returned unexpected error 1\n",
filling the device console. See attached log file.
