Windows 10 x64 Java 8 Update 162 (64-bit) 8.0.1620.12 Installed 2/27/18

This is likely an affinity failure -- the library I've been using for affinity support fails on some systems (haven't sorted out why yet ... something to do with DWORD length on specific systems) and once I get this new release out, that should address the issue as I have a catch for it.

Should be in the next day or so.

My apologies, I got super busy with other obligations. This is still on my list to release the auto-adaptive version that handles these affinity failures gracefully. Hopefully soon, my apologies again.
