Bug #13045: Use proper mongod_uri when deployed mongo-vitamui as cluster.

Description

When deploying mongo-vitamui as a cluster, the mongo uri could'nt be set with consul's DNS name. Otherwise it can respond to improper node in the cluster (secondary or arbiter).
