Tooltips for Greek letters

Hi,

I'd like to suggest a small improvement. It would be nice if Greek letters were described using their names like "rho" when highlighted. Currently, the tooltip only says "Greek letters":

Also, it shows the same description when highlighting e.g. the ‰ or ° symbol.

This tooltip is assigned to the whole panel. That is why it shows the same for all items inside. Currently, we are still working on making Calcpad localizable so, if there are any changes to the UI, we'd better do it after that.
