EDITOR, not documented yet - Editor allows users to test (locally) how the markdowns (vulnerability) would look like in the official Probely's website.

The EDITOR is working but missing documentation. We might want to do it first before merging or we can merge it and document it later since it might need some minor fixes after the release of the KB.
