Cleanup the templates section

Right now the supplied template MVC/CRUD is broken and outdated. Luckily the behavior and datasources are slowly moving along to a more reasonable point.

If someone decides to build a simple shopping cart (to practice) it would be helpful of them to replace the existing template structures with their own, along with the behavior properly installed.
