Unable to get charts plug in work

Hello, I have VRS configured as shown but am having no luck.

Also logging in to note this code does not seem to work with VRS 2.4.2 nor VRS 3.0.0 beta (I have tried in both WIndows 10 and Raspberry Pi install, viewing site under multiple browsers).
