DKIM Signer won't authenticate

Versions

• Windows Server Version: [ 2016 Datacenter]
• Exchange Version: [CU 17]
• Installed DKIM Exchange Version: [3.2.6]

Exchange is not signing. One domain only

Steps to Reproduce

1. [Install, Configure, Save Configuration]
2. [Generate New Key, Save in recommended directory]
3. [Copy to clipboard, enter selector: exchange._domainkey to DNS using a txt record]
4. [ Click Check, Existing DNS: No record found for......]
5. [Save domain, restart service, moved Dkim Signer to priority 1, then 10, finally 5. In all instances I couldn't make work.
6. [Tried 1024 and 2048 and no joy.

MXToolbox, finds the Selector: exchange, but does not find: exchange._domainkey Read Issue#151 and unable to solve the problem

Event Viewer reports: Description:

1. The private key for domain company.com wasn't found: C:\Program Files\Exchange DkimSigner\keys\company.com.pem. Ignoring domain. However, the company.com.pem is located in the specified directory.

2. Couldn't load the settings file.

Any ideas? My apologies if this is the wrong area. Thank you.
