Can you provide a complete download procedure? I installed flycapture according to readme, but it can't go on after that. Can you provide a silly tutorial? Thank you

When I wanted to catkin_make, I received an error fatal error: rm_simulator/ReferSystemInfo.h: There is no such file or directory But I know that there is a file ReferSystemInfo.msg under the msg folder. Can you provide a solution？
