Make user aware about incognito mode tweak

Problem

After changes #15 it appears that we need to make the user aware of some general extensions behavior that might lead to some unexpected user errors.

Solution

Make user aware that local storage is shared between incognito mode and attached profile. For example enabling Download deleting on the startup affects the attached profile, as this might be non-intuitive for non tech savvy users.
