fixed the nav menu for mobile version

I fixed the navigation menu for mobile users as I was assigned to fix the issue "[BUG] : MENU not responsive #114"

on the preview page right click and open the inspect window, from there switch the view mode to mobile to check it out, you can use any mobile device or a custom dimensions
