1.8 enchantments exclude field includes enchantments not in 1.8

In the enchantments json of 1.8, the "exclude" field sometimes includes enchantments that are not in 1.8. (e.g. frost walker) I don't think this is intentional and it makes it annoying to write code generation tools that use this.

1.8 data is all hand entered, and suffers from copy-paste mistakes

Just a matter of someone caring enough to bang out corrections

When the new generated data prs come to 1.8, these will be fixed. In the meantime feel free to pr improved data.
