When referencing planks in the repairWith of an item in any version from pc/1.7 to pc/1.15.2, phantom_membrane, blackstone, crimson_planks and warped_planks are listed, even though they only appeared in 1.16.

So it's not the entire json which reference 1.16 items, only the repairWith field, which is a turbo-invention artifact. The fix is for someone to teach turbo-invention what repairWith items are valid for which versions and re-extract.
