Gruvbox dark theme

Sharing a theme for a popular color scheme missing from this repository.

For inspiration regarding this there were other attempts to add this: https://github.com/PrismLauncher/Themes/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aclosed+Gruvbox+ The user was deleted closing the PRs with it. This is not blocking for this PR.

The selection colour you used seems a bit too bright... icons are not really visible... it would be better to use a bg# colour or red/green/yellow/blue/purple/aqua

I didn't plan on adding icons as I like how the default ones look. The colors are fixed now; let me know if I need to change anything else.

I merged the other gruvbox theme, but I would like to get this one merged too. Since the colros are lighter or "softer", would you be okay with renaming this to "Gruvbox-Soft" or something along those lines?

Or would it be okay for you if we close this PR since I merged the other one?
