Instance drag&drop does not work from the desktop/explorer

Description of bug

You can't drag and drop instances from your desktop or an explorer window to Prism, though it works from Chrome.

Steps to reproduce

Download any .zip or .mrpack

Get it over to your desktop or open the downloads folder.

Try drag & dropping the file from there.

Suspected cause

Legacy issues (windows 7)
