Add BOM to repo

It would be helpful to track changes in the actual parts used. For instance, I'm looking at the current BOM for the F4 board and it shows Q4 as a BJT, where on my Printrbot F4 board, I see a FET. Not sure what changed and when, especially since the boards are the same version.
