Display “updating firmware, do not shut off power” instead of screen going black

(May not be possible), in which case, we could give instructions to not turn off screen before update begins.

MK20 controls the display and RESET signal of display is connected to reset signal of the display. During flashing MK20 the display is turned off. I hacked the board by having a pull up resistor on the display reset signal (its a pull down resistor at the moment) which causes the display to be turned on but just showing a plain white screen which is better.

We could test that again and fix the boards in the next production run.

In the meantime we can add that screen.
