Occurs on page 61 (BELTED Z DRIVES | Shaft assembly (continued)). The component order on the shaft shown in the diagram is

1. 625 2RS bearing
2. M5x8 washer
3. 64T pulley
4. 16T Pulley
5. M5x8 washer x2
6. 625 2RS bearing.

In the flowchart, the 16T pulley and M5x8 x2 stages appear to be duplicated.
