ok so this is interesting - the same thing is also possible on windows - I was just able to launch two copies on windows 10
Following this thread as I am one of the others who have also requested this. I still think that making it an option would be helpful

I also agree. The amount is shown in fiat when you enter a BTC / sat amount. You should be able to enter the amount in the configured fiat currency...
