Unable to export the account (nsec) after creating it on mobile

Describe the bug

If the user creates an account, he cannot export it, because the preference/account area is not accessible.

Steps to reproduce

Load Primal.net on Android/Chrome, interact with a note, and follow the account creation wizard.

Expected behavior

The user should be allowed to access the account/preference section and export the nsec.
