add Dockerfile

This adds a working Dockerfile.

Maybe a docker-compose.yml will also be nice to have in the same PR. @mroxso

Also, in the readme file, a few words on how to start the container and access it via web and localhost:port. If additional settings like ENV file needs to be created in order for the app to be up and running.
