Uploading an image after a hashtag breaks image link in Amethyst and Gossip

Describe the bug

I posted an image through Primal just after a hashtag. The hashtag and image URL were joined so the URL broke in other Nostr clients - Amethyst and Gossip.

Steps to reproduce

Write a note with a hashtag. Immediately after the hashtag upload an image

Expected behavior

See the image in other Nostr clients.
