Web of Trust filtering to solve reply spam

The same feature / motivation as in https://github.com/vitorpamplona/amethyst/issues/509. I may be able to implement it myself, but I'm already trying to do it for Amethyst, and I'm less familiar with web dev, so help would be appreciated.
