Facing some annoying bugs, which I believe needs fixes ASAP.

Describe the bug

1. The UI icons mismatch issue on profile page.
2. Profiles don't load or fails to load until I close them and open them again.
3. I can literally message myself. Why?? Please fix it asap if it's a bug!
4. Why can't I delete messages from the inbox? There's just no options so please add them
5. I don't know if it's a bug but when I turn on "Enhanced Privacy" option from network settings and try to edit my profile info, it shows "editing metadata error" or something.

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit any profile page
2. Click on any profiles.
3. Just go to your own profile page and click on the envelope icon.
4. Go to the inbox and long press a chat and there's no option to delete it.
5. Turn on "Enhanced Privacy" from network settings and try to edit your profile info.

Expected behavior

1. Obviously it shouldn't be like that.
2. Profiles should load normally without any errors when I open them at first.
3. I shouldn't be able to text myself from my profile.
4. There should be options to delete a chat from inbox.
5. Turning on "Enhanced Privacy" shouldn't break any functions. It should work normally as intended.
