[Enhancement]: Warn users before creating an account on the website about some important info

What enhancement would you like to see?

The Pretendo Network website supports account creation; however, account creation from the website has many downsides, such as not being able to change user information (birthdate, region, etc), and also people making PNIDs as the same as their NNIDs cluelessly. Warning users before account creation can help minimize the number of support requests on errors regarding PNIDs similar to NNIDs, and also the need to delete more accounts as part of trial and error. As some people (myself included) create an account before reading the installation guide, a banner on the top of the account creation screen should warn users of this info, so they can take into consideration when creating a account on the website, and suggesting to users to create their account on console if possible.
