[Bug]: Banned Wii U returns a different error code on making a new PNID

What happened?
After getting also my Wii U banned for an experiment, making new PNIDs doesn't work unlike the 3DS, but I can still enter all my account info and then be greeted with error code 102-2402.
What did you expect to happen?
I was supposed to get 102-2812 right after tapping on New or Existing ID instead of putting my credentials just to get 102-2402. Also, 102-2402 on its own has multiple duplicates on Pretendo but that's not the right issue for it.
Steps to reproduce?
- Get console banned (if you are not staff please stop, it's not worth breaking the rules just to reproduce this bug)
- Make a new user
- Attempt to make a new PNID and input your credentials
- Error code 102-2402 should appear after confirming the credentials!
Other relevant information. (OPTIONAL)
An outsider, you can currently link a PNID on a banned Wii U (not intended) but the account won't be get assigned to your serial number in the admin panel because of the ban, meaning all accounts registred with a banned Wii U are made before getting console banned. Everything else works exactly as intended, opening any game will return 102-2812 before letting you start the game if you accept to not use online services. Even logging it to your PNID user returns 102-2812 as intended! (and can still recognise the wrong password despite the error code is still 102-2812).
