Add support for Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese

Add support for Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. However, wiiu did not set options for these two languages. And it may need to call the Chinese font library of wiiu. If the plugin is unable to call the font library, it is necessary to retrieve OSGetSharedData (OS_SHAREDDATATYPE FONT-STANDARD, 0,&font,&size) from line 208 of WiiUPluginLoaderBackend Change to OSGetSharedData (OS-SHAREDDATATYPE FONT-CHINESE, 0,&font,&size);

Sorry I'm taking a while to review this, I need to work out how to test it and see if Aroma's got the correct fonts installed. You're saying you can't select these from System Settings? Interesting.

The system settings do not use the languages supported by these fonts. The WiiU is also not available in China, South Korea, etc. The only solution I can give is to make a change to the font library used by WUPSBackend. But web browsers can use them...

@Maschell Any thoughts on whether the config menu could support the Chinese/Korean fonts from shared data?
