Scale the Gamut

As an artist, I want to be able to set the handles, but once the handles are set then I want to be able to scale the entire gamut keeping the center where it is. I am asking for a "scale" tool. Maybe it's launched from a tool button on the PP main window somewhere. Maybe the button is called "Scale". Once it is pushed, then I then click a handle (any handle) on the gamut and moving it causes the gamut to scale. But the center point stays.
