Theme translation, spec incomplete

Themes can override modules. Thus themes can contain module translations and add new module translations.

Currently, the translation UI for themes, displays these texts of the Modules* domains for translation. The xlf file export also exports them. After merging https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/27422, everything will work correctly.

The spec should mention the translation of the Modules* for theme translation. It isn't mentioned neither under Front office translations nor under Export Theme translations
