Where comes the data from http://api.prestashop.com/xml/currencies.xml and how often is it updated?

Describe the bug

I've discovered that the exchange rate provided by prestashop api are not correct/the same as actual provided by European Central bank

Expected behavior

I expect the same exchange rate

Steps to Reproduce

just a question about EURO -> USD rates:

from prestashop api: http://api.prestashop.com/xml/currencies.xml

from ecb: https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml

The rate are different. Can you explain where Prestashop gets the rates value? Is important to know the source.

I didn't manage to reproduce your issue with PS1.7.7.2, see the attached screenshot below:

Click on the Update button to update the exchanges rates :wink: Please check and feedback.

Can you explain where Prestashop gets the rates value?

It isn't same. Screen capture today: 2022-09-28 in 15:13:09 Not generated today or different calculation that need some explanation :)
