Column Types reference - ChoiceColumn missing

I looked everywhere in the doc for a way to reproduce the command status column on the AddressController. Unfortunately, no type matches.

Looking in the code, I found this type: ChoiceColumn. Could you provide a fairly complete tutorial to explain its implementation?
