WebDriverCurlException

I got a: WebDriverCurlException when I ran a simple test, after a fresh instal of Prestashop Automation Framework.

My development environmet is: Windows 10 XAMP 3.2.1 prestashop 1.6.1.18

I attached my test code and the console output. Any idea to solve this?
