Describe the bug and add attachments

The error message is not display when the carrier name is too long. CarrierConstraintException :

Expected behavior

The error alerte is displayed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go on carrier detail page (BO > Shippings > Carriers > + Add a new carrier)
2. Fill a name with more than 64 car
3. Fill a transit time
4. Select a group access
5. Click on the "Shipping locations and costs" tab
6. Select a zone
7. Set free shipping
8. Click on the CTA "Save"
