[BUG] Thereis a git app in the project

the name git for the app is bad it conflicts with gitpython import.

Must be renamed plgit.

Must be différent in platon.

De plus l'application git que l'on a utilise une autentification par mot de passe qui n'est plus recommandé par gitub cf. https://github.blog/2020-12-15-token-authentication-requirements-for-git-operations/
