Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The feature is to enhance the search of Q&A. In fact we would like to filter tags precisely.

Describe the solution you'd like Currently uses a list of tags that behave as or logical, but the goal is to be able to use both "logical or" and "logical and" if necessary Eg : Here is a diagram representing the search with tags
