[ENHANCEMENT] automatically save a .pl file

I'm terribly afraid to lost some code... Mea culpa!

I think it would be great if a .pl file is automatically saved when it is executed as a preview... At least, when we disconnect ???

Currently the editor state (file explorer, opened files...) is saved when you close the browser tab or hit the refresh button.

Automatically save the files is not possible currently because if we automatically save the file you edit, the modifications of another teacher working on the file at the same time will be lost.
