Flow Schematic Mapped Tasks Look Clickable But Aren't

Why

The flow schematic mapped tasks look clickable because of the vueitfy component that was used. This will be seen in the image attached. A user on Slack asked if it was a bug because they couldn't click it.

What

We can link it back to the parent mapped task to make the user experience better.

Quick thoughts - this could link to the parent task run if there are multiple runs of the same state or to the run of that state if there is only 1. If there is some reason we can't link the runs, we should at least remove cursor pointer from the tags.
