Filter flows in the navigation side panel

The navigation side panel that opens when you press t (not sure if there's a more specific name) is super handy for quickly navigating to flows, especially when you know exactly what the flow you're looking for is called. When you don't, it can be a little bit harder to track down.

The GitHub equivalent of this feature starts with a text input that filters down as soon as you start typing:

The same thing for filtering flows would be super handy.

I like this feature a lot @bnaul - not sure when we'll be able to pick it up but I'll add it to the team's backlog 😄
