Bug Description From time to time the web UI looks like it gets into a stuck page where the initial progress bar keeps running forever.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Behavior is intermittent console below
2. Workaround is to clear cache
3. The web UI then loads, even though it still reports some JS errors (I’m not sure why it is trying to talk to localhost).

At first glance this looks like a set up issue rather than a UI bug.
