Ability to Quick Run flows when viewing in project folder

Why As a user, I would like to be able to do a Quick Run of my flow(s) from the project folder view. This greatly reduces time wasted by removing the extra step of clicking into a flow before being able to Quick Run it.

• Add a Quick Run button to each flow when viewing flows at the project folder level.
