BUG: Opening link with middle click usually break UI

Bug Description

Opening a link in another tab will have the proper URL, but nothing will actually load.

Steps To Reproduce

Open a Flow's link in a new tab (Middle click).

Flow will never open. Stay stuck on a non-animated version of the Ghost-loading.

Notes

This seems to be frequent with the UI when opening links in new Tabs. I would suggest trying more than the one described here.

I could not replicate but leaving this open for a UI member to investigate further.

I have also found the same issue with Mac and Brave

Seeing the same behavior. Open up a flow run in an incognito Chrome window. Right click on a taskrun to open in a new tab and the screen is blank (has the top navigator blue bar and the rest of the screen is white)
