BUG: Toggle the schedule on and then create a new schedule, no runs are shown in the UI

Bug Description

Steps To Reproduce

I would expect the flow runs to show after creating the schedule without needing to toggle on and off

I'm able to reproduce this but it doesn't seem like a UI bug @kingsleyb - I'm going to move this to the Server repo.
