Add ability to resize columns in the deployment table

Describe the current behavior

Currently, if my deployment has a long name, I am not able to adjust the size of the columns in the UI to show the entire deployment name. I have to hover over each individual deployment to show the entire name.

Describe the proposed behavior

Make the table columns on the deployment table adjustable so that the name column can be expanded to show the entire name of the deployment (within reason)
