Serving a deployment that already belongs to a work pool doesn't remove it from its work pool

Bug summary

Deploy a flow to a work pool. Then serve that flow with the same flow and deployment name. The deployment will still be affiliated with its work pool and work queue, but some fields in the deployment schema will have been erased and both that work pool's worker and the serve process will be polling for runs.
