Feature Request: Ability to upload files

Proposal

It would be great to be able to use this to include file attachments with the message. The use case I have in mind is to be able to send out reports via Slack on a schedule. For example, each week, download some data from the warehouse, generate the report and include it in a Slack message.

I can't see that this is currently possible, as the attachments seem to be more related to message formatting, than actual data. But please let me know if I've missed something.
