Deprecate the TUI module

Seems to be deprecated and unused, hence brings a bit of confusion for starters. Can it be discarded from main?

Hey. I started experimenting with this framework a few days ago, and indeed I got quite confused about how changing the enable_experimental_tui setting doesn't seem to change any behaviour... Maybe that's related?
