info/users.cgi exists but can't login

tried logging in with (with default Administrator/431XyHmErk) but it doesn't work, I see a line in the AdminLog.cgi:

1733354320<>Administrator[MacBookAir.localdomain]<>Login<>FALSE

kind of bummed! I was hoping I'd be able to use this, but if theres anything somebody could suggest I'd appreciate it
